I work collaboratively with my clients to find what works best for you to enhance quality of life, emotional fulfillment, and personal satisfaction. I enjoy working with adults and couples and look forward to partnering with you to reach your personal goals.
My client-centered, strengths-based therapeutic approach draws from both Eastern and Western ideologies. Interventions are rooted in Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness and Meditation to support whole-person wellness. I also offer both Comprehensive and Symptom-Focused approaches of EMDR as well as Psychedelic-Assisted therapy services.
Finding the right helper can sometimes feel daunting. I am forensically-trained, am licensed in Addictions Counseling, and certified in Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy and EMDR approaches allowing me to provide a versatile set of services.
